Courtenay Polock is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who specialises in women’s health, with a particular focus on complex and female-specific health care. She is deeply passionate about helping women take back control of their bodies during menopause, a time when many physical and hormonal changes can feel unpredictable or outside of their control.
Courtenay believes exercise should be delivered with the same level of clinical precision as any other medical treatment. Her work focuses on helping women understand what is happening in their bodies and using exercise as a powerful tool to improve symptoms, restore function and optimise long-term health.
Alongside her clinical work, Courtenay also provides education and training for other health professionals to improve the standard of women’s health care within exercise physiology.
