After decades in the kitchen, I completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, and now dedicate my practice to helping women eat well for their bodies and their stage of life.
I have a particular passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. Alongside one-on-one consultations, I run corporate wellbeing workshops and regional community workshops across NSW and QLD, bringing practical, food-first nutrition education to women wherever they are.
I combine evidence-based clinical nutrition with clinical practice and real culinary skill, helping clients ease symptoms, protect their long-term health and rebuild energy and confidence. What I love most is that moment a client realises good nutrition doesn’t mean giving things up, but adding delicious food into their everyday lives.
