Dr Shelley Wilkinson is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian, Associate Professor, and researcher, with over 30 years of experience in women’s health nutrition. She is passionate about supporting women through major life transitions, particularly perimenopause and menopause, by combining the latest scientific evidence with practical, personalised strategies that fit real life.
Drawing on her expertise in both dietetics and health psychology, Dr Shelley helps women navigate the physical and emotional challenges of midlife with confidence. Her approach focuses on optimising nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and overall wellbeing, while supporting sustainable behaviour change that can improve health, energy, and quality of life.
As Director and Principal Dietitian of Lifestyle PeriMenopause, Shelley provides telehealth coaching and online programs that support women from preconception through to midlife. Alongside her professional expertise, she brings her own lived experience of perimenopause, offering a practical, empathetic understanding of the challenges women commonly face during this stage of life.
