I’m an endorsed Mental Health Occupational Therapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting adults when changes in their mental health, capacity or identity begin to affect everyday life. I have a particular interest in supporting women through perimenopause and midlife, especially where hormonal changes intersect with ADHD and neurodivergence, burnout, chronic stress, changing roles and the increasing demands of work and family life.
I draw on my background in mental health occupational therapy, alongside additional training in women’s midlife health, to help women understand the interaction between hormones, mental health, cognition and everyday functioning.
Like many women, my interest in this area has been shaped by both my clinical work and my own experience of lifelong hormone sensitivity and early perimenopause.
I love helping women make sense of what’s changing so they can rebuild a way of living that feels sustainable and aligned with who they are now.
