About
Amanda is a Registered Psychologist and qualified Workplace Coach with over 20 years of experience in psychology and wellbeing consulting. She has a strong track record of designing and delivering tailored wellbeing solutions across some of Australia’s most recognised organisations — including Westpac, BUPA, Brookfield Multiplex, The Australian Ballet, and UNICEF — as well as working with the Australian Defence Force and supporting Department of Veterans’ Affairs clients through telehealth.
Amanda’s work is grounded in a genuine belief that wellbeing is the foundation of everything — performance, connection, and quality of life. She delivers coaching and wellbeing programs covering stress management, resilience, sleep, work-life balance, and navigating change, and brings both clinical rigour and real warmth to every client relationship.
As a woman with her own lived experience of menopause, Amanda understands firsthand the physical, emotional, and professional challenges this season of life can bring. That personal understanding, alongside her psychological expertise, means she meets clients with both knowledge and empathy — not just as a practitioner, but as someone who gets it.
Outside of work, Amanda keeps herself grounded through regular swimming and yoga, practices that remind her daily of the importance of balance, and which she brings into her philosophy of sustainable wellbeing for the women she supports.
