For more than 20 years, I have worked in women’s health as a genetic counsellor, supporting women and their families through life changing decisions. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about empowering women with evidence-based information and compassion to make informed decisions about their bodies, their families and their futures.
I never imagined stepping away from this pathway until I experienced my own challenges in menopause and discovered how difficult it can be to find support and practical solutions. Like many women I found myself navigating confusing information and searching for answers.
This experience inspired me to expand my expertise and become a menopause coach and WellFemme Preferred Practitioner. I am dedicated to helping women understand the changes that occur during midlife and supporting them with personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies to improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
My approach combines scientific knowledge and genuine empathy. I understand that every woman’s menopause journey is unique, and I love helping women feel heard, informed, and empowered to feel their best in this stage of their life.
